Baker Mallett are delighted to be providing Project Management, Cost Management, CDM and Clerk of Works Quality Inspection services on two exciting new housing developments schemes.
Incrementum Housing Development Company was set up by Warrington Borough Council to help develop their own housing portfolio, whilst tackling the shortfall of affordable housing across the borough.
In total 161 properties will be built across these two projects, with an overall target of building 600 new homes across Warrington.
Foxwood and Sycamore will be built across two former primary school sites comprising 92 units at Sycamore and 69 properties at Foxwood, a mix of two storey houses and 3-4 storey apartments.
These are exciting projects for Baker Mallett to be involved in as both sites play a part in helping Warrington Borough Council as they look to achieve Carbon Zero by 2030, with the introduction of key benefits such as ground source heat pumps, roof mounted photovoltaic panels and heat batteries in lieu of hot water cyclinders.
Due for completion in 2022, the two schemes are contributing to the overall housing delivery programme of Warrington Borough Council offering communities for the town to be proud of, and a real emphasis on social value.
We certainly look forward to keeping you updated as the projects progress.
