Baker Mallett today announced a new partnership with Florence Rigby-Bell, an expert in nutritional therapy and holistic life coaching, to assist in the delivery of their 2023 mental health awareness programme.
Flo is a registered Nutritional Therapist (mBANT, ANP, CNHC), as well as an Advanced 600hr Yoga & Meditation teacher, and wellness coach. Specialising in mental health and emotional wellbeing, Flo’s mission is to leave people feeling educated and empowered about their daily choices. Flo delivers workshops across the UK, in schools and businesses, supporting employees and students to create a healthier and happier lifestyle.
The benefits of this new partnership currently include online access to bespoke wellbeing content containing educational advice and coping strategies for all staff members, clients and our wider digital audience. We hope to develop this in 2024 with online and in person workshops covering topics such as stress, anxiety, anger, relaxation and mindfulness practice.
