Baker Mallett today announced a new partnership with Florence Rigby-Bell, an expert in nutritional therapy and holistic life coaching, to assist in the delivery of their 2023 mental health awareness programme.
Flo is a registered Nutritional Therapist (mBANT, ANP, CNHC), as well as an Advanced 600hr Yoga & Meditation teacher, and wellness coach. Specialising in mental health and emotional wellbeing, Flo’s mission is to leave people feeling educated and empowered about their daily choices. Flo delivers workshops across the UK, in schools and businesses, supporting employees and students to create a healthier and happier lifestyle.
The benefits of this new partnership currently include online access to bespoke wellbeing content containing educational advice and coping strategies for all staff members, clients and our wider digital audience. We hope to develop this in 2024 with online and in person workshops covering topics such as stress, anxiety, anger, relaxation and mindfulness practice.
Natalie Hill, Managing Partner commented "Speaking from personal experience, I can honestly say, Flo’s knowledge and advice can be a real game changer when it comes to practical tools to help manage the stressors of daily life. As part of the ongoing transformation of Baker Mallett as a responsible business, we are committed to engaging in meaningful partnerships such as this one, that will enrich the lives of those we come into contact with, whether in person or online".
Florence added "Having battled with mental health issues from childhood, I am acutely aware of the impact a work environment can have on a person’s emotional wellbeing. By creating conversations around mental health within the workplace, and providing accessible and educational resources for employees, productivity can be increased and stress reduced. Myself and Baker Mallett have been actively ensuring that these tools and conversations are more readily available to help support employee wellbeing".
