2020 will, without doubt, be seen by us all as extraordinary.
The past 5 months have flown as we have each attempted to navigate our clients and teams through an extended period of uncertainty, stress, anxiety and fear. And whilst this time is far from over, I think that we can all be proud of the way we have responded to the challenge of a different way of living and working.
Calmly. Dedicatedly. Hopefully.
Baker Mallett have been working tirelessly to ensure that our business operation remains exactly that. We have made the adjustments to enable our staff to work seamlessly from home. We have put in place new procedures for visiting site and travelling. We have implemented new measures at each of our offices to make it safe to come back to work, have assessed our staff for their return and continue to monitor their wellbeing. We are in constant dialogue with our clients who are all affected by this virus in different ways and for those with uncertain futures and stalled projects, we are working together to unlock new routes to market.
I think we are all, in some way, changed by COVID-19 and it is an experience we will never forget. It is important now that we use the lessons we have learned and incorporate them into our strategies going forward. Into our new ‘normal’.
We will be sharing some of our lockdown stories with you via our BMTV channel in the coming weeks but in the meantime, please stay safe.
