Food and Beverage Outlets for SSP UK
Baker Mallett has provided construction consultancy services to SSP UK for over 8 years and undertaken in excess of 70 projects to date.
Specialising in food and beverage concessions within destination and transport locations, projects have included Starbucks, Café Ritazza and Burger King as well as in house brands. We have completed schemes for our client in most UK Regional Airports plus Manchester, Heathrow and Gatwick (Land and Airside), Euston and Manchester Train Stations and all of the Centerparcs UK sites.
With all projects taking place in either densely populated or high security environments, stakeholder engagement has been key in the successful delivery of these projects.
