Health Sciences Building for Liverpool Hope University
Baker Mallett was appointed by Liverpool Hope University to provide Project Management, Quantity Surveying and CDM Services for their new Health Sciences Teaching Facility.
The project involved the demolition of two existing teaching buildings and the new build construction of a 2,900m² health sciences teaching space. The scheme provides specialist laboratory spaces for Nutrition, Genomics, Cell Biology and Psychology alongside biometrics space for sport and exercise science.
The surrounding external areas were upgraded with new hard and soft landscaping including feature water fountains and the existing campus car parks were extended.
