Office Refurbishment for Deckers Brands
It was our pleasure and a privilege to be appointed to this commercial refurbishment project located in the “Red Building” at Neuer Zollhof designed by Architect Frank Gehry.
The scheme provided new office headquarters for our existing client, Deckers Europe, a multi brand footwear retailer whose brands include UGG Australia. The 3 ,500 sq ft development which was particularly challenging due to the angular wall design of the building, included fit out to Grade A standard, with all new furniture and fittings.
Once complete, our client was able to relocate from their existing accommodation on the 8th floor into their new 1st floor home of offices, staff ancillary space and showrooms.
