Baker Mallett was appointed to the role of CDM Co-ordinator by Middlesbrough Council for their Primary Strategy for Change Programme which included the new build single storey primary school, Berwick Hills.
The £5.5 million programme of works involved the re-building or refurbishment of the principal primary schools in Middlesbrough alongside the construction of a new 2 Form Entry school with associated external works, hard and soft landscaping, football pitches and a new multi-use games area (MUGA).
