Baker Mallett was appointed by Rockliffe Hall Limited to provide Cost Management and Quantity Surveying Services for the provision of a new Spa Garden Pavilion with external pools, decking and landscaping.

Adjacent to the current Spa Garden offers an enhanced spa experience with two outdoor hot pools. The indoor facilites are provided within a circular indoor garden room and include heated relaxation loungers, feature shower, lounge and seating areas with fire pit and water feature and a traditional glass-fronted sauna.

The garden room has a sliding folding fully glazed screen which provides uninterrupted access to the outdoor facilities which include an infinity edge hydrotherapy pool with massage features, a warm jacuzzi, under-floor heated decking and lounging areas with views across Rockliffe Hall’s grounds.
