Baker Mallett were appointed by Northern Developments (Cumbria) Ltd to act as Quantity Surveyor on a 222 bed student accommodation refurbishment project on behalf of U-Student in Aberdeen
The project comprised of a 222 en-suite bed accommodation with associated reception, management and administration areas, laundry, storage, plant; together with related pedestrian, cycle and vehicle access and car parking. The site contains designated delivery and waste collection areas along with site landscaping.
