Baker Mallett were appointed by Northern Developments (Cumbria) Ltd to act as Quantity Surveyor on the student accomodation refurbishment project at the Forge Student Village in Sunderland on behalf of U-Student.
The project involved the refurbishment of 558 student bedrooms in 2 phases at the Forge Student Village in Sunderland. The sites comprises of 2 blocks – Marr House and Jobling House together with the Meeting Place bar and cafe area.
