One of our strengths at Baker Mallett is that we are always open to change – no matter how big or how small. If we believe that something will help us to be a better business, then we will do it; On the flip side of this, we won’t ever continue to do something that doesn’t add any value or meaning. As we move into our 104th year in business, we are okay in the knowing that we will never be the finished article and will constantly look for ways to improve.
During the first half of 2022, we took the time to re-evaluate our whole business and developed a new three-year strategic plan, which addresses everything Baker Mallett and ensures that internally and externally, we are facing towards the future. What we have generally found, is that in a lot of areas of the business, we do get things right and rather than drastic overhaul, functions of the business need refining or levelling up.
Over the next two and a half years, we hope that you will see these small adjustments for yourselves and agree we us in thinking that our improvements contribute to an even better Baker Mallett.
